What you can write to us about

• Our predictions and ratings. If something on a match page is unclear, ask us; how the model works is explained on how it works.
• Corrections. A wrong fixture, kick-off time, result or club name: send us the address of the page and what is wrong, and we will fix it.
• Your account and membership. Signing in, your membership status or deleting your account. Payments, refunds and invoices are handled by Whop: you can manage your membership from the link on your account page.
• Privacy. A copy of your data, a correction or its deletion: see our privacy policy for what we hold.
• Press, partnerships and feedback. Ideas for the site, a feature you are missing or a story about our numbers are all welcome.

Before you write

We can't give personal advice on single matches: everything our model says about a match is already on its page. You can write to us in English, Spanish, Portuguese or Turkish.
